Some of Our Recipes
Here are recipes for some of the food we serve weekly at Saline Creek Farm. We hope you enjoy these dishes (almost) as much at home. Not turning out exactly the same? Ask us for pointers the next time you visit.
Our Carrot Muffin recipe. Get your BIG mixing bowl out and make a batch of these – but beware, the recipe makes 3 dozen muffins.
The Sopapilla Cheesecake is a no-fail crowd pleaser and pairs great with the Enchilada Casserole and some homemade guacamole!
If you’re going to pair it with the Sopapilla Cheesecake, you’ve got to know how to make it, right?
Another new recipe added to the website in October!
One of the favorite breakfast items at Saline Creek Farm. Bake it up and serve it warm. Or, reheat it for a late night snack. Either way you slice it, it’s yummy!
One of our visitors once commented that this cake was “too chocolatey.” That person has been banned from Saline Creek Farm.
Another favorite dessert at Saline Creek Farm. Tim has been known to eat it for breakfast. **Please note, butter is 6Tablespoons, not 6oz.**
Try our tender chicken coated with just the night mixture of spice and Parmesan Cheese.
Try our Southwestern 2 Bean Salad. This one won’t leave you hungry after dinner.
Our green beans are loaded with southern flair. You may never eat them plain again.
Why settle for regular French Toast when you can easily make the switch to this!
